UNDERGRAD DEGREE REQUIREMENTS

GENED
All students who enter and most students who transfer to the University Fall 2008 or later must meet the new UGA General Education Core Curriculum requirements (GENED).

Classical Culture Major
Greek Major
Latin Major
Classical Archaeology Concentration
Dual Degree in Latin and Foreign Language Ed.

STUDENTS WHO DECLARED A MAJOR BEFORE FALL 2008
Students who entered the University or declared a major before Fall 2008 must continue to meet the old Core Curriculum requirements (Areas A- F). If, however, the major is changed or a new major is added, the new major will still be subject to the old Core Curriculum (even though the Degree Audit Report (DAR) will list the old Core Curriculum requirements under GENED headings).
