CLASSICS ALUMNI

In 1804 the University held its first commencement. At that ceremony and at each commencement for the next several years, every graduating senior delivered a commencement address, usually in Greek or Latin. You may have missed that particular rite of passage, but as a Classics alumnus or alumna, you are part of a long and proud tradition.

Please stay in touch with the Department. Join our Alumni and Friends listserve, become a fan on our Facebook page, send us your news, read the annual newsletter, and chat and share photos with alums from the Rome program on Facebook.

We appreciate your support and enthusiasm. Stay connected! And consider making a donation to support the academic excellence that is Classics @ Georgia.
